We believe in sustainable development and ensure that all the processes carried out in our facilities have minimum impact on the environment. We are continually developing and integrating practices that reduce the environmental impact of mining operations. These practices include measures such as reducing water and energy consumption, minimizing land disturbance and waste production, preventing soil, water, and air pollution at mine sites, and conducting successful mine closure and reclamation activities.
Health and Safety
We ensure a safe working environment for our staff by following safety protocols. Being a mining and talc producing company our staff faces various occupational hazards. These include physical hazards caused by mining activities and health hazards caused due to the generation of dust during talc production. We control occupational dust exposure by minimizing dust generation and release. We frequently organize awareness programs for employees to educate them about the health and safety measures for their well-being.
